To view 4K video from the Gear VR, you'll need to make sure that your Galaxy device is capable of playing and viewing 4K video. Also, due to OS specs, there is a limit to the amount of space that can be downloaded to 2GB.
Please download and save the files on PC, and then transfer the files to smartphone for use.
