What should I do when I change smartphone?

The controls will vary depending on the player you're using.
Please refer to the following.

1) If you're using the 4DMEDIAPLAYER

  1. Launch 4DMEDIAPLAYER for smartphones from your new smartphone.
  2. Please enter your account ID and password on the login screen displayed to login.
  3. The player registration screen will display.
    By registering, your account information will be linked to your account.

2) If you're using the VRX Media Player

  1. Login to LPEG POINT's My Page.
  2. From player registration for smartphones, please select the call button on your smartphone.
  3. Once the player has been successfully activated, registration is complete.
＊You can only register one smartphone at a time, but you can change it at any time.
To check registration status
・If the "Registered Player" is displayed on the player registration page for smartphones, the registration is successful.
To cancel registration
・Click "Unregister Player" on the player registration page for smartphones.
