I can't connect the computer to the linkage device properly.

When using a PC ( 4DMEDIAPLAYER / D-PLAYER )

・Please make sure that you are logged in with the account under which you purchased the artwork.
・If the +1D compatible interlocking device works with VORZE Player but not with 4DMEDIAPLAYER / D-PLAYER, changing the COM port number of the USB transmitter/receiver may make it work.The COM port number can be changed by the customer using the device manager.
How to change the COM port number
  1. Connect the USB receiver to a USB port on the computer and activate a +1D compatible device such as A10 Cyclone SA.
  2. Open Device Manager.
  3. Double-click on the "Port (COM and LPT)" view in Device Manager to open it.
  4. Double-click on "Vorze_USB (COM?)". (The ? is a number.)
  5. On the properties screen, click the "Port Settings" tab and click the "Advanced settings" button.
  6. Change the COM port number to a single-digit number with no indication of (in use), then click the [OK] button. If all of the single-digit port numbers are in use, open the advanced settings of the other single-digit COM port properties, change to a two-digit number, and then reassign the Vorze_USB COM number to an empty one-digit number.
  7. Please confirm that you can use the linkage function by launching each player.

When using a USB 3.0 supported device in the vicinity, radio interference may occur and the device may not work properly.
When using a USB 3.0 supported device, please use a USB cable that is shielded over the entire surface of the connector and cable, and place the device itself at a distance of about 1 meter.
